FAQs regarding a stay at the farmhouse
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a 24-hour reception service, but with sufficient notice we try to organize, according to the needs of guests, check-in to suit arrival times.
Check-in can be done from 15:00 to 19:00, but in our desire to make life easy for our guests, we can also agree on different times if you would contact us well in advance.
Check-out must be done before 10:30. To offer greater convenience, however, guests, on the day of check-out, can leave their luggage in our custody and, where possible, pick it up by 18:00.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:30, in the room on the ground floor overlooking the beautiful garden. In addition, there is the possibility of having breakfast outdoors, in the large courtyard with a wonderful and well-equipped green space.
Guests can safely enter and leave the property at any time, having all the keys available. However, we kindly ask you to be aware of the comfort of the rest of the other customers.
We accept any type of credit card, except, unfortunately, American Express.

We have free parking available for our guests in a convenient indoor / outdoor parking area. The area is unattended
We are able to offer a personalized service, for various food intolerances, making gluten-free, lactose-free or other food available to those who request them. Therefore, before arrival, we invite guests to notify us of their needs, in order to be able to satisfy their requirements promptly.
Smoking is forbidden inside our facility, in order to guarantee a healthier environment for everyone and also for the environment around us.
Our four-legged friends are welcome and welcome in the structure, but only if they are small.
San Fiorino, a town famous for its greenery and flowers, on rainy days, cannot offer much, although it is possible to visit some historic buildings, such as the Parish Church of San Florian Martine. However, in a few minutes, you can reach cities such as Piacenza, Lodi or Cremona, where there are cinemas, shopping centres, museums (for example the Palazzo Farnese Civic Museums or the Lodi Civic Museum) and much more. In fact, these areas are rich in art and offer many opportunities to visit exhibitions and attend cultural events (www.museoluogocultura.it).
